In this Agent Spotlight, we're getting to know Rosy Reynolds of the Baird & Warner Plainfield office. Two of Rosy's most immediately apparent qualities are her strong work ethic and ambition. Since she started at just 18 years old, Rosy worked her way up in the bar and restaurant industry to eventually own her own bar at age 30. She loved her work but needed a career change that would increase her quality of life overall.

In March of 2019, she took an online licensing course and never looked back. As a real estate agent, Rosy was able to combine her business acumen with a genuine enthusiasm for serving and helping others. "With a bachelor's degree in business management from Benedictine University, I felt I could use what I learned and apply it to this new business venture," said Rosy. Five years later, she's done just that. "I've always been a people person and I love helping others achieve their real estate goals."

As an agent, Rosy prides herself on being hardworking, energetic and reliable. These skills have been bolstered by the excellent training, reputation and family-like atmosphere she's found at Baird & Warner. "Having the success and history of the Baird & Warner name makes me proud."

Outside of work, she taps into her creative side — Rosy enjoys crafting, scrapbooking and playing the piano in her free time. If you'd like to learn more about Rosy, check out the following interview. You can connect with her on Instagram, Facebook or email her at rosy.reynolds@bairdwarner.com.
