Agent Spotlight: Jackie Guinane

Get to know Jackie Guinane, a real estate agent of 22 years from the Baird & Warner Northwest Suburban office. Jackie has always had a flair for sales, as she spent many years in marketing and advertising before embarking on her real estate career. As an agent, however, she gets the added bonus of getting to guide people through some of the biggest decisions in their lives. "I love working with people that I know — friends, family and personal referrals," says Jackie.
Jackie especially loves being able to connect with clients through her faith. She works with people from all walks of life, but finds it especially meaningful when she's able to find common ground through prayer and shared beliefs. Making such important and sincere connections is, after all, what she cites as the key to her business success. "The best target audience for your marketing is your sphere," says Jackie, who encourages other real estate agents to find new business through a robust referral network.
At Baird & Warner, Jackie finds support both from management and other agents. "I like working with other Baird & Warner agents because they are professional and well-trained," says Jackie. "I appreciate the support I get from my manager."
