Debbie Geavaras, a seasoned real estate agent with 21 years of experience from the Northwest Suburban office, shares her insights in this Agent Spotlight. Before entering the world of real estate, Debbie worked as a business systems analyst, helping companies improve their operations. As a real estate agent, she uses her astute attention to detail and analytical skills to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams. "I have enjoyed being a real estate agent for 21 years because it gives me great pleasure to help people make their dreams come true," says Debby, who finds the work meaningful and rewarding.

According to Debby, the joy her clients express is the real reward of the work she does. She advises other agents to also be invested in their clients and to always put the client's needs first and act as a guide for them throughout the process. "We have to remember that they may only do this a few times in their lifetime and you have the benefit of more experiences with more people," she says.
