Meet Paul Chadwick, an agent from the Fox Valley office with an impressive 23 years of experience under his belt. Prior to becoming an agent, Paul had a career in the professional audio field and owned two music retail outlets. 

As a former retail business owner, it's not surprising that Paul excels at customer service. Paul's commitment to putting his clients first has led to remarkable successes in the industry, and he attributes the key to a thriving real estate business lies in cultivating happy past clients. What is your background? Have you always been a real estate agent? If no, please explain.

I worked in the professional audio field and owned two music retail outlets. 

How many years have you been a real estate agent and why do you enjoy being one?

I've been an agent for 23 years. I really enjoy helping families achieve their housing goals. 

What is a meaningful real estate experience you've had with a buyer or seller? 

One really meaningful experience was helping a seller get $100,000 more than they were told they could sell for.

What's one piece of advice that you can share with other real estate agents?

My advice is to be yourself and put your client's interests first.

What do you think is the key to a successful real estate business?

Happy past clients are key. 

What is something you like about Baird & Warner and/your Baird & Warner office?

It's an incredible family atmosphere. 

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? 

I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, photography and doing mental puzzles.
