We've Put Down Roots in Florida

In 2022, we opened our first out-of-state office, located in Naples, Florida! This full-service office serves buyers and sellers in every major Florida market, including Naples, Miami, Orlando and Tampa. 

With many of our Chicagoland-area residents looking for primary and second homes in Florida, it only made sense for us to expand our presence and deliver an easier real estate experience to our clients in Florida. On top of that, our expanded footprint means we can provide agents licensed in both Illinois and Florida with the ability to grow their businesses and bring our one-stop shop benefits to clients in both locations.

The Naples office is led by Bill Coduto, long-time vice president and designated managing broker of our Barrington location. With experience in both markets, Bill has put together a team of experienced agents in Naples — some based exclusively in Florida, while others are primarily based in Illinois and winter in Florida. That means we can be there for each market's busy season and provide our homebuyers and sellers with the benefits of our unique dual-market knowledge.

Although we've been doing business in Wisconsin and Indiana for years, we're thrilled to officially put down roots out of state and begin bringing our easier real estate experience to the people of Florida.
