Agent Spotlight: Nicole Rinaldi

Making others feel at home has always been the name of the game for Evanston agent Nicole Rinaldi. Coming from a background in advertising and hospitality, she understands the importance of building a connection with someone immediately and offering them the resources they need to find comfort in their surroundings. So making the jump to real estate wasn't too far-fetched for this listening-driven agent! 

Since joining the Evanston team, Nicole has found her own place among a supportive staff, educational environment, and great clients. With her by their side, Nicole is determined to get every family into the perfect home – no matter what part of the homebuying journey they're on. 

What is a memorable real estate experience you've had with a buyer or seller? 

This is a tough question because I think every experience has been memorable. Downsizing from the home you raised your family in for the past 20-30 years or becoming the first one in your family to own a home... I love it all. 

What's one piece of advice that you can share with other real estate agents?

Listen and ask questions to clients. How can you help and add value?

What is something you like about Baird & Warner and/your Baird & Warner office?

Being consistent. Remember that you are your business. Invest in yourself. 

What do you think is the key to a successful real estate business?

I greatly appreciate our managing broker, Catherine, and our office support staff. We have an abundance of trainings available both online and in person. Our agents both in our office and our other offices are genuine and professional. Most importantly we give back to the communities we serve.  

What is one of your favorite local restaurants and why?

We have so many great restaurants to choose from, but my favorite would be Pomeroy! The food is absolutely delicious and I just had the opportunity to dine in the back outdoor area. It made for the perfect summer evening.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? 

I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. In the summer we try to spend as much time outside! I love Gillson beach, the pool, various parks and bike paths. I love trying new restaurants and checking out concerts in and around our area too.
