When agents first start with us, they go directly into our Achieve program where they learn everything they need to hit the ground running with their business. But we don’t just offer training to new agents. Our Accelerate program offers continuous year-round, in-house coaching for all our agents, no matter what level they’re at. And this year, we’ve added heavy-hitting events from industry experts to ensure our agents are getting the very best support possible:
- The one-and-only Tom Ferry is joining us for two live events to share his industry expertise and advice on making this your best year ever.
- Jeff Mays, Tom Ferry’s Master Business Planner, is joining us for another in-person event.
- We’re hosting a Ninja Selling Installation, where agents learn a reliable system to increase income per hour so you have more time to focus on what’s most important to you.
All of that is on top of regular training like our Agent Accelerator, which teaches Ninja Selling skills, at the office level, twice per month, at no charge to our broker associates. We also provide regional sales training and development opportunities that focus on timely, relevant topics you need to know to really power your business.
