Ralph is a strategic professional with more than 25 years of experience in mortgage lending, most recently serving as national head of mortgage lending at BMO Harris Private Bank. He has unique experience in leading innovative change and business reinvention initiatives in the financial services industry. In a past position, he oversaw a mortgage origination joint venture at one of the largest retail mortgage companies in the United States and a global leader in residential real estate.
Ralph is intimately familiar with the mortgage and brokerage space and knows the local market. In his position, he is focused on delivering outstanding customer service, timely results, and profitable growth using a calm and thoughtful approach.
