What are you most looking forward to in the year ahead? The start of a new year is a great opportunity to reflect on where you are, where you've been, and where you would like to go. Fittingly, at this time of year, millions of people here in Chicagoland and across the country set their New Year's resolutions. This handy list of goals and aspirations is a great way to visualize and plan for what you want to achieve in the new year, in your personal or professional life. As we head into 2019, plenty of people are starting to jot down their list of resolutions — about 40 percent of all Americans set goals for the new year, according to Forbes.

We wouldn't be where we are without the Chicagoland communities where we do business, and we support organizations in those communities that help shelter our neighbors. In 2018, people across our entire company donated their time and their dollars to organizations doing good in our communities all over Chicagoland. It's not just good business. It's in our DNA.
