Perri brings all the expertise and experience of 10-plus years in finance and commercial real estate to the process of helping her clients through the critical business of selling and/or buying a new home. She also works extensively with clients looking for office space and investment property.
As the former senior operations executive for a world-wide private equity firm, Perri learned the art of serving clients at all levels and in all occupations. She honed her negotiating abilities with business partners and vendors of all types. When you work with Perri, you’ll benefit from the same professionalism, accountability and sensitivity she practiced as a corporate executive.
Before falling in love with Chicago and making it her permanent home, Perri lived all over the country, including Ohio, Delaware, Texas and North Carolina. The various moves and the national exposure give her a greater appreciation for the Chicagoland area. And you can be confident that she fully empathizes with the stress of making a move—no matter how near or far. She has embraced Chicago as her true home and never loses her excitement about, and appreciation for, the city. She brings this enthusiasm to every client search as she works with you to discover hidden treasures all over Chicago.
Perri lives with her daughter Sophia and her English Mastiff, Rocky, in the East Village neighborhood. She is a member of the West Town Chamber of Commerce, Professional Women’s Club of Chicago and East Village Community Association. She is also a founding member of SWWAN (Single Working Women’s Affiliate Network) and serves on the board of the Garfield Park Conservatory.
