Hi, I’m Kaitlin. When I first moved to Chicago I was drawn in by the unmatched charm, history and pride within this city. My initial interest in real estate developed through studying real estate investing. I quickly became passionate about understanding all aspects of real estate and how to help others achieve homeownership. My background in hospitality and customer service have given me the patience, demeanor, and relational skills required to deliver a high level of service to my clients that gets them to the closing table smoothly and successfully. I was born and raised in Northern California surrounded by redwood trees, giving me a deep appreciation for nature and a passion for environmental protection. I attended Sonoma State University where I completed a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies. While living in Sonoma County I was given the opportunity to appreciate wine culture and the community around it. I will always have wine recommendations at the ready! When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy traveling, reading, taking spin classes and experiencing new foods while being with family and friends. I have had the opportunity to visit nineteen countries around the world and I look forward to visiting many more, along with beautiful U.S. landmarks. I look forward to connecting with you!
