Brian was the most helpful realtor for a first time homebuyer! He was extremely clear in his explanations and responded very quickly to all of our questions. I cannot recommend him enough to anybody purchasing a property!

We are really pleased having Brian as our Buyer's agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Chicago area real estate market. He was always available to take care of any questions or issues we had to deal with. He is also a very enjoyable person to spend time with! Thank you for being so responsive to all of our needs.

Brain Yabes is an absolute GEM! Our family was in a bit of a pinch, needing to sell our home in Oak Park, and simultaneously find a place with the size we needed for our growing family. We called the office and left a message the day after Christmas, and assumed that we MIGHT get a call back after the New Year. Brian called us the next day, we gave him the scoop, and we made arrangements...

I cannot sing praises for Brian enough. Brian was prompt, communicative, professional, and emotionally intelligent. I told Brian what I needed and desired and Brian went above and beyond trying to find me places to look at. Brian went out of his way to do extra communicating and logistics with other company’s on my behalf. Brian text me regularly with updates and next steps. I lived ou...

Brian knocked it out of the park on the very first try! I told him what I wanted and I fell in love with the very first place he showed me. It had everything I wanted. He was so helpful during the whole process since this was the first time I was getting a place alone. Can’t wait to use him again when I start searching for my next home!
