This philosophy was instilled in me by my grandfather and father, who paved the way in real estate decades ago. In the early 1970s, my grandfather launched his real estate career with Baird & Warner, always speaking highly of the integrity and professionalism the firm exemplified. My father continued that legacy by establishing his own real estate office. Today, nearly fifty years later, I am honored to continue my family’s tradition as a member of the Baird & Warner family.

After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, I began my real estate career in 1994, focusing on residential appraisal. I went on to become a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and earned the Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation through the National Association of Realtors—a distinction awarded to experienced appraisers who have completed advanced coursework beyond the standard licensing requirements.

From 2009 to 2019, I served as Chairman of the Kane County Board of Review, overseeing property assessment appeals across a wide range of real estate types, including residential properties, commercial retail centers, hotels, healthcare facilities, apartment complexes, golf courses, and more. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of property valuation and market dynamics across diverse sectors.

As a licensed real estate agent and Certified Illinois Assessing Officer (CIAO), I offer a distinct advantage to my clients. The CIAO designation reflects rigorous training in property valuation, assessment practices, and Illinois' complex property tax system—knowledge that enables me to guide buyers and sellers with exceptional insight into market values, assessments, and tax implications.
