Since 2005 Amy Singh has been a trusted advisor for her clients, guiding them through the process of buying and selling single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, condos and townhouses, with an emphasis on high-value properties. Due to her expertise, Amy was selected by the publisher of Michigan Avenue Magazine to write its monthly “Living Large” column, in which she featured the most expensive properties for sale in the Chicago area.

A native of Chicago’s North Shore and Chicago resident for almost 35 years, Amy focuses on properties in Chicago and its suburbs. For clients buying and selling outside this area, Amy works with Baird & Warner’s national network to assist her clients with residential transactions from California to Florida.   

Amy attended law school at Northwestern University, and she uses the strategy and negotiating skills honed in her legal practice to ensure that each transaction is right for her clients. She makes sure that all potential issues are identified, analyzed and resolved and that her clients get optimal deals.

Throughout the process Amy has her clients’ best interests in mind and works efficiently and effectively to meet their needs. Additionally, her strong network of highly skilled professionals, including lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and others, enable her clients to successfully and smoothly complete real estate transactions.
