My Boss says sell to be closer to work, so I have to sell this newly updated Cape Cod in Wildwood w/ 2,246 interior sq ft, 4 bed, 2 bath w/ basement & 2.5 car garage. It will be hard to replace the kitchen featuring lots of maple cabinets & that pantry w/ rollouts & large ceramic tiles. I will absolutely miss having the whole 2nd floor to myself with my private master suite that features bamboo floors, sitting room & private bath. It's separate from the other 2 large bedrooms located on the main level. I never hear my guests & I don't have to share my bath at all!
