Nina Fotopoulos – Senior Vice President Residental Sales. Nina is the senior vice president of strategic growth at Baird & Warner. In this role, she will be supporting the growth and expansion strategy of our offices, agents, and teams to capitalize on our tremendous momentum and market opportunities.
Nina is one of the most experienced and successful leaders in Chicagoland real estate, and a highly respected veteran of our industry. She began her career at Coldwell Banker more than 30 years ago as a sales associate and in 2000, was mentored by our very own Bill Gill to become managing broker of the Downers Grove office. Within about 10 years, Nina had amassed
an impressive record of successful turnarounds across multiple offices and was promoted to regional vice president responsible for the DuPage region. By 2016, Nina had been named SVP and regional manager, adding the Wisconsin region to her expanding responsibilities, eventually overseeing the majority of offices within the company.
Nina’s biggest strength lies in her tremendous expertise as a recruiter and culture builder. Most notably, she created the entire Team platform for Coldwell Banker, having recruited some of the most powerful and growing teams, which were a rising force in the industry. Based on her success, she was asked to chair and develop the NRT Team program, which gathered talent from across the country and was eventually adopted as the foundation for training and recruiting of teams across all Realogy companies..
