Steve’s professional background includes a depth of expertise in financial services, including mortgages, construction loans and home equity lines. Kevin Farmar is a lifelong Westchester resident and a proud St. Joe’s graduate, Kevin is an avid area philanthropist and enjoys being involved in his local Parish, the YMCA, local business associations and the many organizations that Baird & Warner’s Goodwill Network has sponsored over the years.Combining a disciplined work ethic with an energetic approach to providing unparalleled service and attention-to-detail, Kevin’s clients’ priorities are always at the forefront. Through effective advising for his buyers and sellers, Kevin is regarded as a trusted area professional with a thorough understanding of the constantly changing marketplace.
Dean Ibrahim was born and raised in the small town of Justice, IL. Dean is honored to be a part of Jasinski Home Team of Baird & Warner in La Grange. His extensive knowledge of Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs will make a tremendous impact on his client’s real estate needs. He is highly motivated to over exceed all expectations for his clients. He understands that buying or selling a property is one of the most important decisions anyone will ever make. Dean’s 10+ year background in construction is utilized when looking at the major components that hold a home together. It allows him to look past the glitz and glamour to see the foundation that is needed for a beautiful property to keep the beauty it holds without falling apart. That is what differentiates him from many other agents. He has the experience to guide you with his knowledge from the foundation to the roof and in between. Just like life if you have a solid foundation you can build on that and go up from there. Judy Riley has lived in the Riverside/Brookfield area for almost 50 years. She has raised five boys, and now has two grandsons. She loves living in the Brookfield community and is very familiar with the surrounding western suburbs. To be a part of her customers “American Dream” and to obtain their perfect home brings her great satisfaction and has long been her passion. Judy’s previous experience has been working with clients in the commercial real estate industry starting in the real estate leasing department for a large real estate developer and then moving on to a Project Management role in the Construction Department. Later she worked as both a Facility Manager for a large IT consulting firm opening offices throughout the Chicagoland & Midwestern region; as well as a Project Manager working in commercial construction for various general contractors. Her previous experience has given her the ability to provide her clients with exceptional negotiating skills and she has always strived to bring honesty and integrity to her work. Judy has learned to be a good listener for her clients to help make their biggest and most emotional purchase go as smoothly as possible with the final outcome being exactly what they dreamed of.
Kristen Jaworek joined the Jasinski Home Team in 2019 as a creative marketing specialist. Kristen is an experienced real estate marketer with and extensive background in all things print, digital and social media. A Burr Ridge resident, Kristen has lived in the Chicagoland area her entire life. She started her real estate career at CBRE marketing industrial properties for some of the largest companies and developers in the area. From CBRE Kristen moved to JLL where she managed the marketing program for the entire Chicagoland industrial brokerage team. Kristen’s creative mind and ability to use multichannel marketing makes her an important asset to the Jasinski Home Team and their clients. Kristen ensures every client gets premium exposure and acute attention. Getting to make every client shine is what really excites her about the real estate business.
