I started my Real Estate Career in 2005. In October of 2013 I moved to Baird & Warner in order to provide my client’s continued excellent customer service, along with the latest in technology. Combined with my market experience, I bring the companies' 100+ years of expertise in Chicagoland Real Estate. I hold an Illinois Managing Broker’s License. "Selling a house is a nerve-wracking prospect for most people, especially those of us who have never done it before. My parents had recommended Rhonda Altman her after she helped them purchase a home, and we were fortunate to have her to guide us through the sales process.

When we were getting ready to put our home on the market, she went carefully through the house and told us what we did, and did not, need to do to get it into salable condition. Most especially, Rhonda emphasized to us the importance of completing the last few items in our almost-finished basement, as that would be a major selling point.

She also gave went through a detailed list of the expenses we could expect, including the taxes and fees that the city, county, and certain utilities would require, as well as possible 'worst-case' scenarios such as radon remediation costs. She made certain that we would not be taken by surprise by any possibilities.

Before our house was even officially listed, Rhonda began showing it off as a 'coming soon' property on Facebook – she has a strong awareness of the value of social media. When we had everything ready and it was time to officially go on the market, Rhonda brought in an excellent photographer who made our house look wonderful in the listings.

Then we had a frantic few days as we received a number of offers right away. Rhonda helped us a great deal with sorting through them, and in less than a week after being put on the market, the house was under contract!

Again, Rhonda kept us up to date at each step of the selling process, and handled all the details for us until just a few short weeks later we closed the sale. Thanks to her help and guidance, what I expected to be a grueling experience was instead surprisingly smooth and straightforward.
