Nicole Flores’ number one goal is simple: to replace stress with smiles for each of her clients: “I know that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moments in a person’s life--why can’t I make sure it’s a positive one?”
Flores brings this priority to life throughout her business. Informed, educated clients are happy clients, so Flores offers her expertise in as many areas of real estate as possible: residential, investment, relocation, foreclosures and short sales. Before starting in real estate Flores’ own negative home buying experience lit the way for her future client service mentality: “I knew I could do so much better if I thought in terms of exceeding expectations,” Flores says. From her managing broker, Lisa Kon: “Nicole’s success is not an accident: she works tirelessly since she loves what she does. Her clients are the most loyal I have ever seen because Nicole has created a process filled with care and confidence.”
Going the extra mile is a fundamental tenet of Flores’ business, whether it is for a $25,000 or $4 million listing--both of which broke records in her office for lowest and highest sales. Not satisfied with only traditional advertising for her listings, Flores creates custom marketing campaigns for her listings including TV and social media commercials. As a lifelong Chicago resident, Flores goes the distance by maintaining the most up-to-date market knowledge in Edgebrook, Sauganash, Wildwood, Edison Park, Norwood Park, Jefferson Park, Skokie, Lincolnwood, and Park Ridge--but wherever the business is, Flores will go.
Giving back and connecting with her community on a deeper level is another way Flores uses her business to make a positive influence. With the help of her children, past clients, and the Edgebrook Elementary School, Flores orchestrated a coat drive resulting in thousands of coats for the New Hope Food Pantry. She is also an active supporter of Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation, and a proud sponsor and volunteer with the Danny Did Foundation. Flores was recently honored with the Danny Did Community Partnership Award.
Flores’ commitment to her client’s positive experiences has resulted in a number of humbling and gratifying accolades including ranking as a top CAR producer, ranking amongst the top 1% of agents companywide at Baird & Warner for five consecutive years, and being named the top producer out of the Edgebrook office in 2016, with over $75 million in career sales.
