Leslie is passionate about making your home buying or selling experience as stress free as possible. She realizes that buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions you may make in your life and is ready to help you accomplish your goals. Leslie chose real estate so she could assist individuals through the buying, selling, relocating, and investing of properties. Leslie assists buyers, sellers and investors with the initial home search or listing their home process and listens to her clients wants and needs so she knows how to support them. She supports, negotiates and walks her clients through the contract negotiation stages of purchasing and selling a property. Leslie is an expert in the areas of building trusting relationships, contract negotiation, customer service/loyalty, productivity and time management.


Before beginning her career at Baird & Warner, Leslie’s list of previous occupations was as Commercial real estate site evaluator and New Retail business, a Director of Training, Recruiter, Regional Sales Manager, Business to Business Sales, and Interior Design Consultant. Leslie spent years negotiating multi-million-dollar sales deals with both large corporations and product vendors.


Leslie is hard working and dedicated to providing honest, professional, timely and quality services to all of her clients. She is ready to listen, really listen, to your needs, wants, and desires to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience. Her personal experience of buying and selling homes gives her the ability to understand and empathize with her clients who are relocating to a different state, or just across town.


Leslie grew up in the Northwest suburbs and relocated to Honolulu and Seattle for work then returned to her roots because she loves her family and this wonderful area. She has lived in the Northwest Suburbs and City areas since 1996 and is active in her community. Some of her favorites things to do are watching good movies, golfing, cycling, exploring, traveling, hiking, the beach, volunteering at local groups and spending time with family and friends.
