We are here for you through COVID-19.
Like everyone in our communities, our nation, and around the world, all of us at Baird & Warner have been closely following the developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Our first priority is the health and safety of our people and their families, as well as our clients and their loved ones.
Currently, the Illinois Stay-At-Home order considers real estate services as an essential business. With all the uncertainty right now, we want you to know that we are here for you, no matter what. We understand that you still have important real estate decisions to make, and our mission is to make achieving those goals easier. We will continue to provide the most updated information and guide you through this extraordinary time with a calm and steady hand.
Please rest assured that while we are instituting the CDC’s health safety and prevention protocols across all our businesses and office locations, we are still operational and ready to continue serving you. Here are some of the ways we can support you along your journey:
We will continue to market properties online and through video and other digital tools during the shelter in place order.
We can continue to show homes, with safeguards to ensure health and safety of buyers and sellers. Alternatively, we can use video tools for potential buyers to virtually tour your property.
If you do choose to go on a showing, you and your agent can drive in separate cars to maintain the social distance that public health officials recommend.
- For open houses, talk with your agent about using a virtual walkthrough to show potential buyers your home.
- You and your agent can meet via video conference.
If you’re already working with a Baird & Warner agent, please reach out to them directly with any questions. If you are not currently working with one of our agents, please either contact your local Baird & Warner office, or reach out to our Client Care team at 312.857.9914 to be connected with one of our real estate professionals.
At Baird & Warner, 165 years of history have taught us how to overcome even the most adverse conditions. We know how resilient our Chicagoland community is — and we’re confident we’ll get through this together, stronger than ever.
