Having been born and raised here, I believe whole heartedly that I’m a true Chicagoan who loves the city and all that it offers. I take pride in helping people achieve their goals, whether it’s looking for your first home or moving into the next phase of your life. There is a great sense of satisfaction in being able to provide people with the right tools they need to make such an important decision for themselves and their family. The fact that I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, has helped put many of my clients at ease in what can sometimes be a hectic and complicated process. In addition to my real estate career I have been actively involved in financing, both the primary and secondary markets, which I feel helps me advise my clients in this volatile financial climate. As chief financing officer with a large Chicago based construction Company, I acquired a tremendous amount of knowledge that I now use to benefit my real estate clients. I can provide a unique insight in that critical aspect of my client’s real estate transaction. With numerous years spent in upper management, I have accumulated the necessary organizational skills to excel in my field. As a person who finds the internet an invaluable tool in my daily life, I ‘m proud of the technology that I am able to offer my clients through Baird and Warner. These technological advantages are what keeps me ahead of the competition and offers my clients the greatest exposure and opportunity when buying or selling. It also provides the ability to keep my clients immediately informed and actively involved in every aspect of their real estate transaction. The ability to locate and tour hundreds of properties without leaving the comfort of your home is what puts me ahead of my competitors. As a life-long resident of the Dunning community, specifically Belmont Terrace, I find raising my own family here very rewarding. My daughter and I graduated from the same grammar school even had some of the same teachers. I am invested in the area, I worked with our Alderman, the Chicago Park District, and some very hard working neighbors to bring the new playground to Hiawatha Park. I served on the School Advisory Board and Parents Group at St. Francis Borgia, where we began the annual Fall Fest helping raise over $50,000 a year for the school. In addition to being interviewed and quoted about Dunning area real estate by DNA Info, the online newspaper, I was recently asked to be a part of a new segment with Dan Ponce of WGN about the Dunning Community. The segment aired in February 2017. I was honored to represent our great neighborhood and share a little with the rest of Chicago about why it’s such a great place to live. Most recently I became a founding member of the Dunning Chamber of Commerce. I believe that not only is Dunning a great place to live but an even better place to do business! Supporting local small business is important to me. I believe I can help anyone interested in buying or selling in Dunning because I stand behind it and I’ve lived it all my life. When you love where you live it’s not hard to support it. I love being a part of the excitement involved in my client’s successes and knowing that I was an integral part of it. If you or someone you know is looking for an honest, hard working, knowledgeable real estate professional give me a call or send me an email.
