A longtime Chicagoland resident, Rina lived in the city for many years before moving with her family to the North Shore suburbs. In the home search, the quality of the schools for her son was of paramount importance, and many of Rina’s clients have the same concerns. Ms. Yaghya attended Oakton College obtaining a degree in Business Management in Skokie, Illinois, and prior to beginning her real estate practice, she worked extensively in the hospitality industry for both large national and small luxury establishments. She especially loved filling in for the concierge when necessary and now considers herself the concierge for her real estate clients. After her hospitality career, she served as CEO of an automotive logistical company for six years before deciding to switch gears into the real estate profession. Her past experience with logistics, high-level customer service and finance serves her real estate clientele well. Ms. Yaghya has also been active in working with charitable organizations on behalf of pediatric cancer patients, and she has worked with refugees, counseling and orienting them on adjusting to life in the United States as well as acting as a translator in the three languages she speaks fluently. “I know that every person or family at some point in life's journey will need to have a new start in their life.
