Beth is a mom to 2 school aged boys and volunteers at their Evanston District 65 schools. She also serves on the board of The American Toby Jug Museum founded by her late father Stephen Mullins. Beth's love of travel has taken her all over the world including a year teaching English in Japan. Beth holds a BA in English in Art from Colorado College. She loves rollerblading,skiing,walking the lakefront with her dog Mahi,and has a dream of appearing on Wheel of Fortune.
