Probably because you are in the market to buy or sell a home.  Yes?  Since most people only do this once or twice in a lifetime, choosing the right agent to work with you is extremely important.

Buying or selling a home is a very personal thing, and it is one of the biggest, if not the biggest investment you will make, both financially and emotionally.

But How Will You Know if You’ve Found the Right Agent?

It is beneficial to meet with any potential agent, ask questions and compare.


If You Are A Seller: Let me share my list of Questions that you as a seller should ask before listing your home for sale.  These are questions I would want my mother to ask of agents she was interviewing (if I wasn’t in the business!) And these are questions I look forward to answering and discussing with you.


If You Are a Buyer: Sit down with an agent (me of course) and ask them questions – what do you need to do to be ready to purchase a home, what is the process, and how will they help you through that process?  Let me share with you my Buyer’s Packet with loads of information that will help us get the home you want!

Do you feel comfortable with the agent?  Do you like the person?  Do they know the answers to your questions, and follow up with you on the one’s they don’t?  Don’t hesitate to start the process, even before you are actively looking for a home, and “interview” any agent that might be representing you in this important life transaction.  Most importantly – what does your gut say?
