As a leading voice in Chicago real estate, Jim Psyhogios has dedicated his entire career to developing the South Loop. Thanks to more than 25 years of sales experience and a lifelong desire to help communities grow, Jim has helped turn the South Loop into a robust neighborhood for residential and commercial properties.
He served as an executive for two influential Real Estate companies and helped oversee multimillion dollar developments in the South Loop and other areas of Chicago. Jim was also instrumental in attracting buyers/investors for the remarkable X/O Condominiums, a Lucien Lagrange building. This included traveling to Europe with Lagrange himself to meet with luxury buyers and homeowners interested in investing in American property. The experience helped him see the potential in many future projects to further develop the South Loop.
In addition to his sales experience, Jim has a passion for training and working with new broker associates. His warm and engaging demeanor, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry, have benefited countless individuals and helped guide their success as brokers.
Originally from the Western Suburbs, Jim has lived in University Village for the past 10 years and loves the area’s historic architecture and accessibility. He is a graduate of Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Economics and a minor in Accounting.
