Margie joined Baird and Warner in 1994 and by 1996 she became the top Highland Park agent. By 1998, she was the leading agent of the north shore. She has maintained that status every year since. In 2006 her husband Lanny joined the business followed by their daughter Hannah in 2012, when Brooks and Company was founded.
