Everyone moves for a reason. Whether your move brings about cause to celebrate or a few reminders to keep breathing, I'm here to serve you in your journey. My move? Though I grew up in Kentucky, I am fifth generation to live in Chicagoland. I moved to Evanston in 2008 to complete my Masters at Northwestern University. Years following graduation included national and international travel with Maestro Lorin Maazel's Castleton Festival, as well as positions as Executive Assistant to a Broadway producer and years of teaching voice to high level musical theatre students at a university. Choosing to be a broker with Baird & Warner was informed by the joy I experience in helping others and partnering with them to reach their goals. I dedicate the same high performer energy, administrative organizational skill, and overall love of Chicagoland to serve my clients with personalized care and commitment. I particularly love working with first time buyers. My clients find me ready to walk them through every step of the buying process with ample communication, dedicated time to discuss goals and how we're going to achieve those goals together, and a readiness to equip them with the extensive network of the Baird & Warner family to streamline the process. I also specialize in working with senior citizens. Those who have observed me work with seniors comment on my diligence, patience, and care. I have experience working with seniors affected by memory loss, and value the responsibility of coming alongside families making big decisions on behalf of their loved ones. When not exploring Chicagoland's market, I am most often found singing the tunes of the 1920s alongside "The Irving Sisters", in a yoga class, jogging on the lakefront trail, or trying to master a Julia Childs recipe. I delight in assisting clients all over Chicagoland in buying, selling, and leasing. My areas of expertise include Wilmette, Evanston, Rogers Park, and Edgewater.
