When deciding on her career path Julie wanted to start her own business. She did not want to own a store or sell a product so she decided on real estate. “I thought I will give myself three years to devote my time and effort in real estate business, but it doesn't work out, I could quit without having a store and inventory to dispense of. However, as soon as I start working, I fell in love with my job.” After many years of success Julie chose to move her real estate practice from a large national company, where she was a consistent top producing award winner including a top 5 ranking for units sold, to Join Baird & Warner a 5th generation family owned company in 2017. The location of the Baird & Warner Glenbrook office is ideal for her clientele and the tools and systems the company provides are second to none. Although Julie was born in Korea she came to the United States in 1984 Growing up in Libertyville and graduating from Libertyville High School and from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is fluent in both the English and Korean languages allowing her to effectively communicate with a wide range of clientele and other real estate professionals. She currently resides in Glenview where she raised her two beautiful daughters. She is grateful for her wonderful mother that has supported her throughout her life and career. In her spare time, she loves gardening growing flowers of all kinds and vegetables. She frequently volunteers with the Lions Club- Helping adoptees from Korea visit their homeland.
