Claudiu Popescu is a real estate broker with Baird & Warner South Loop where he works with developers of ultra-luxury homes in neighborhoods across Chicago. Home builders who choose Claudiu to represent them do so because of his knowledge of the luxury market and new home construction. As a real estate broker for Baird & Warner South Loop, Claudiu is eager to help his clients find the home that meets their needs. He understands that finding a home that makes them feel comfortable, safe and happy is one of the most important decisions of their lives. For this reason, Claudiu treats the selling, buying or renting process with the utmost respect and dedication. Furthermore, as a recent homeowner, he knows that the home buying experience is very personal and wants his clients to have access to all the information and knowledge they need to choose the best property. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs in Europe, Claudiu graduated from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After graduation he moved to Chicago to explore a new culture and develop new skills. Shortly after his arrival in Chicago, he earned an MBA Primer Certificate from DePaul University. Claudiu is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, playing tennis and showing his clients the best that Chicago can offer.
