A LITTLE BACKGROUND ABOUT MYSELF
Starting a career in Real Estate in 1984 was a wise decision. I started as a Sales and Marketing manager in new home sales with a fortune 500 company. Educated and well trained in both Business and Marketing, married with two children it was time to make career change. Since 1991 I have been a Real Estate agent continuing my education in both elective certifications and seminars along with required continuing education throughout the years. During this time I have experienced great success and many changes in the industry. With every changing market the approach needs to adapt and so does my strategy. Every home listed with me is treat as if it is my first, taking nothing for granted. My goal is to exceed your expectations of me. My children are raised now, I am 100% committed to my career and every home I sell until it closes.

While it is virtually impossible to do everything myself, I can guarantee the job will be done well. My support team is bar none the best in the industry. We have a full time marketing department that works on all the ad's submitted to the local papers, internet, web-sites webbing out to all the search engines. Also, a showtime off site full time 24 hour appointment desk assuring maximum availability for agents to book their appointments. Expect the best, there are no short cuts made to achieve your goal. Whether it takes a day, a week, a month or six months to sell your property you have my full commitment.

Taking a total of 24 useable pictures, submitting them to the Multiple Listing Service along with information collected about your home. The information will then be sent to:
