My journey in real estate started in 1986 and in 2019, I am still working helping my clients search for their perfect place to call their home. I first began as a Realtor in 1986 and around 1995 I expanded my career by adding financial expertise of being a licensed mortgage loan officer. I managed to make a success of doing both fields. I retired from being a loan officer in 2010. My mortgage experience has made me more knowledgeable than others in the Real Estate Industry. When clients ask me a question on financing I am able to explain the steps in applying for a mortgage, this enables them to feel more comfortable with the process. My goal from the start was to educate my clients on selling or purchasing a home. By this philosophy my clients have developed great trust and loyalty towards me while I guide them to achieve their dreams. I try to be very communicative, supportive and a great listener when working a client. I am also tenacious during the negotiations process helping them to obtain the best price for the home. My clients can expect my full attention with returning call, emails and text messages. They can also expect to be fully educated in the buying or selling process from start to finish. Bottom line is that "I love my career"!
