Heather Heinlein

Broker Associate

Heather has an uncanny gift of observation and listens more than she speaks - her honesty, compassionate sensibility and unpretentious personality complement her tenacious pursuit of quality living. Finding and procuring the ideal property at the best price with the best possible return on investment has been career defining. Heather, a lifelong resident of Chicagoland, having lived in Arlington Heights, Palatine, Inverness, River North, Lincoln Park, and West Town brings a solid understanding of the local flavor to the realm of real estate. Her extensive renovation and design experience led her homes to be featured in several magazines, newspapers, and television spots. As an owner and director of a tribal antiquities gallery for nearly twenty years, Heather traveled the world assembling an extensive inventory - while obtaining invaluable experience in the intuitive art of negotiation - often overcoming language and cultural barriers. Having been a landlord for decades, and now also an AirBnB proprietor for several years, Heather's knowledge on the advantages and disadvantages of short and long term rentals is extensive. Through direct experience, she has had to learn what it takes to establish and run successful short term rentals, and knows the importance of maintaining a healthy and happy tenant-landlord relationship. Having grown up with a mother who embodied real estate (a successful broker for over 30 years) Heather has inherited an invaluable personal network of service providers: Attorneys, Lenders, Home Inspectors, Trades People and more. Additionally, coming from a family full of educators and being a mom herself, Heather has first-hand knowledge and insight on local schools and education systems.
