I’m proud of these important qualities and I think it comes from the fact that when you’re my client your best interest is my main priority. We’re in an ever-changing real estate market and I make it a point to be thoroughly informed in market trends. I use the latest research tools to inform my buyers and sellers of these conditions so they can make an informed decision. My past experience as an engineer and in the construction industry gives me a superior understanding of potential problems in a home. Additionally, my personal experience rehabbing a home and working as a landlord benefit my clients who may be interested in doing the same.
There is nothing more satisfying to me than finding my clients their dream home. When that involves selling their current home, I use an aggressive impact marketing program to get results. I give my sellers regular market and marketing activity updates. Bottom line: I want what’s best for you. For sellers this means selling for the best price, in the least amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience. For buyers it means taking the time to educate them in the market and finding the right property. If the right property isn’t on the market or we need to look at different areas and property types, we wait or change our strategy
I also believe it’s important to give back to the community. For this reason I’ve served on the John C. Coonley School local school council, was a founding board member of the Friends of Coonley, acted as the marketing committee director for the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce and volunteer at some of our great local not for profits like the Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club and Common Pantry.
