Jan Bentall

Broker Associate

Born into a family of Realtors, Jan’s Father and Grandfather sold homes on the Northwest side of Chicago. Growing up, she spent many hours in the family real estate office or patiently waiting in the car while her dad showed homes to clients. From their example, she learned the importance of integrity, honesty, reputation and customer service. Jan’s real estate career has spanned four decades during which she has successfully navigated the changing real estate market as a top agent winning many awards. Having seen the best and worst of the Chicagoland real estate market has prepared her to successfully advise clients in their important real estate decisions. Jan recognizes that each client and their situation is unique. Her vast experience allows her to best serve her client’s needs in a personal way. Most of her business comes from previous satisfied customers, their friends, family and other referrals. Their testimonials note her professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. Jan’s goal is to make your real estate experience fun and stress free. Throughout her career she has continued her real estate education keeping current on marketing, technology, real estate law and trends. She has earned National Association of Realtor’s designations including Certified Staging Specialist CRS, Senior Real Estate Specialist SRES and Pricing Strategy Advisor PSA and has completed certifications in negotiating and marketing. Jan was recognized as a 5 Star Agent in Chicago Magazine for the past 9 years.
