Britta Rivera is a native of Chicago; born and raised in the Hyde Park neighborhood. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has been involved in launching dozens of successful housing developments in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. She specializes in the sales and marketing of new construction, luxury residences, condominium conversions, townhomes, and single-family homes. In addition to these specialty areas, she assists buyers and sellers with all other housing needs, including; luxury rentals and short sales.

She is known for her superior customer service, strong negotiation skills, incredible follow-up and dedication to the real estate industry. Over the span of her career in the real estate industry, she has sold hundreds of homes and has managed numerous successful multi-million dollar developments.

During her career in real estate, she has held the position of Vice President of Sales and General Manager for National and International real estate companies. Sales have included dozens of multi-million dollar new construction buildings and single-family homes.  She uses her management experience to provide professional service and expertise; which allows clients to make educated decisions when securing or selling a home.

Britta received her real estate license in 1995 and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. She has been awarded the honors of Top Producer & MVP, and has received numerous Million Dollar Awards in the real estate industry.

Within the last few years the housing market has shifted, so she has adapted to the needs of the consumer. Using creative sales and marketing techniques, she is able to assist sellers with strategic planning.
