John leads the Palatine Baird & Warner office and brings 16 years of real estate sales, 2 years of training and coaching, 23 years of marketing research experience and 15 years of corporate management to the office. He knows the business of real estate not only from a manager's perspective, but also from a top-producing sales broker’s perspective. John enthusiastically embraces new technology and believes that Baird & Warner provides some of the best and innovative technological tools in the industry. John works closely with brokers providing individual support, personal business development and implementation plus individual and group training. He approaches complicated situations with calm and patience and understands that his role as the managing broker is to foster a healthy and happy team environment while at the same time helping to ensure individual brokers reach their goals.
