Having a passion for real estate, neighborhoods, home renovation, and DIY projects, Ken joined the Baird and Warner real estate team after spending over 25 years establishing himself as a leader in consumer product development and sourcing for product brands such as Craftsman, Kenmore, and Diehard. In addition to creating and implementing new products to meet customer needs, Ken has extensive experience deriving customer solutions for various Chicago-based retail organizations such as Sears Roebuck, ACE, and True Value Hardware stores. His business expertise in marketing trends, consumer insights, and vendor negotiations ensures he has all the bases covered as he works to help buy or sell your dream property. Ken grew up in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, and together with wife Monica, successfully raised four children in the DuPage and Kane County areas. With children now grown and establishing their own careers, Ken and Monica relocated to Evanston as empty nesters enjoying everything Chicago and the Northern suburbs have to offer. In his free time, Ken enjoys exploring the many Chicago neighborhoods, museums, theatres and cultural events. In addition, he is known for being a huge film buff and quite the grill master.
