We’re delighted to share that Wendy Dahm, executive vice president of human resources, was included in Crain’s Notable Leaders in HR. The list recognizes the accomplishments of human resources executives when faced with new, unprecedented challenges posed in 2020.
Wendy supports more than 3,000 Baird & Warner employees and agents, and with real estate designated as an essential business, Wendy played a critical role in helping us continue to operate at full speed throughout the pandemic. She and her team paved the way for employees to work from home and provided work resources and wellness programs to ensure our people continued to get the support they needed to be successful.
Wendy and her team were also instrumental in expanding our training and development to support company growth and the need of our remote workforce — all of which helped our company come out of 2020 having our best year ever.
On top of this, Wendy became a charter cohort member at the Loyola DEI Leadership Institute to further develop Baird & Warner’s workplace practices promoting diversity and inclusion.
She did all of this while continuing to manage our usual day-to-day needs without skipping a beat. 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, and as a company we couldn’t have gotten through that time without the guidance of our incredible leadership across the company, especially Wendy leading our human resources team.
Congratulations to Wendy!
