We pivoted to take our entire schedule of industry-leading training and events virtual, which meant our agents could keep learning and growing their businesses without ever skipping a beat. On top of that, we created new marketing to help our agents build their spheres, and quickly responded with new virtual buying and selling tools that kept them working through it all.
The result — more than $11 billion in sales and 37,578 transactions companywide, crushing our 165-year record. And that’s not the end of it. Our One-Stop Shop partners at Baird & Warner Title Services and Key Mortgage also had tremendous success — they rolled our remote closings and saw sales of over $2 billion and $1 billion respectively.
On top of all this, we welcomed 554 new agents and 130 new employees to the company, while our Good Will Works charitable arm donated more than $250,000 to the Chicago Community COVID-19 Response Fund to support those hit hardest in our communities.
