Baird & Warner Assistant Manager Selected for Exclusive Leadership Program

We take the growth of our agents and employees very seriously. Whether its building a thriving sales team or rising through the ranks of leadership, everyone at Baird & Warner is empowered to follow the path that’s right for them.

That’s no more evident than with assistant manager Rachel Frangos and her acceptance to the exclusive Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development program. The program, which only accepts twelve individuals from all of Illinois, identifies industry professionals with an aptitude for leadership and gives them the opportunity to build upon and hone those strengths.

Rachel started in the business as a licensed assistant to a top producing agent and has since followed her passion for leadership to our North Center office. Mentoring with managing broker Rich Cebulak, she says, has given her the opportunity to build upon her own strengths and the freedom to succeed (and sometimes fail) while constantly learning how best to help the agents at their office thrive.

“The growth opportunities here at Baird & Warner are endless,” says Rachel, “and that’s in large part due to the unique culture of continued personal and company improvement. I can’t thank my mentors enough for seeing my passion for growing into leadership and cultivating it, helping drive it.”

For Rachel, applying to the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development program was the next step toward becoming the industry leader she hopes to be. “I applied for this program because any opportunity that will help me be a better person, a better agent, and a better leader is one I want to seize.”

The leadership program, which takes place over four sessions throughout 2019, offers in-depth training and evaluation on topics ranging from association governance and conducting effective meetings to ethical decision making and spokesperson media training.

Rachel looks forward to gaining the tools and mindset she needs to be a successful assistant manager, serving agents and the company at a more advanced level. “I’m very honored and humbled to be one of the 12 agents chosen to attend this program, and I am excited to bring everything I’ve learned back to my team.”
