Celebrating the Winners of Our $160,000 Grant Giveaway

The polls for the ‘160 Years of Giving Back’ program have closed, and with more than 80,000 votes garnered both from Baird & Warner and the general public, 16 nonprofits have been chosen to receive $10,000 grants from the Baird & Warner Good Will Network.

“When we launched ‘160 Years of Giving Back,’ we were very excited about the idea of opening the voting to the general public, but we never expected such a tremendous response!” said Jennifer Alter Warden. “Thank you for making this program a resounding success. There is truly no better way to celebrate Baird & Warner’s 160th anniversary than by empowering our neighbors to help in our local communities.”

Crisis Center for South Suburbia — Frankfort and Orland Park offices
Family Promise North Shore — Winnetka office
Family Shelter Service — Glen Ellyn office
Housing Forward — Oak Park office
Lazarus House — Fox Valley office
McHenry County PADS — Far Northwest Suburban office
Morningstar Mission — Plainfield office
Naperville Responds for Our Veterans — Naperville office
PADS Lake County — Libertyville office
PADS of Elgin, Inc — Randall Road office
Realtors Against Homelessness and District 211 Foundation — Palatine office
Shelter, Inc. — Northwest Suburban office
Stand Up for Kids — Gold Coast office
UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago — Downers Grove office
