B&W Welcomes Jim Kinney as Vice President/Luxury Home Sales

Baird & Warner is proud to welcome Jim Kinney to its professional family in the newly created role of Vice President of Luxury Home Sales.

Kinney will operate out of the company's Gold Coast Office and will be responsible for spearheading B&W's Luxury Portfolio program at the sales level. He will also be developing new initiatives that will enable Baird & Warner to maximize its upper-tier residential marketing efforts on behalf of clients.

Kinney joins B&W from Rubloff Residential Properties, where he served as president. Throughout his distinguished career, Kinney has been deeply involved with a number of professional real estate organizations at the local, national, and international level. Both the Chicago Association of Realtors, as well as the Illinois Association of Realtors have honored him as their "Realtor of the Year." He has served on the National Association of Realtors Executive Committee, and is a member of FIABCI, the international real estate federation. Kinney is also currently on the National Board of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, and will be the 2009 National President of that organization.

Jim Kinney is the second Rubloff executive to join Baird & Warner, this month, following Rubloff’s acquisition by Prudential Preferred Properties. John D’Ambrogio joined Baird & Warner as Vice President of Strategic Development.
