I will plan and prepare a custom marketing plan for your home that will give you a competitive edge. Presentation of your home is key in any market, and I will help you present your home as a showcase. I will keep you up to date with market activity, the homes that are new on market, the homes that are selling and the homes that are not. I network with attorneys, real estate brokers and title companies to ensure a smooth closing.
