What Winning International Marketing Awards Means for Our Clients

The awards we just received from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® make our marketing world-class, literally. This month, LeadingRE, a network of hundreds of independent brokerages across six continents, awarded us Best Overall Website and Best Visual Design for BairdWarner.com, from among 565 independent brokerages around the world. It looks nothing like our competitors’ sites, and people clearly noticed. But its beauty isn’t skin-deep. The elegant user experience offers searchability that’s both seamless and goes above and beyond, including filters to search for properties by commute time and school district.

We took home six other awards for our marketing, including two First Place awards for the designs of our Luxury Living marketing program and our We Get You consumer ad campaign. And won Third Place in the Brand Builder category and Third Place in Speciality Marketing. That means in almost all categories, the marketing we do to serve our clients won awards.
