Which Nonprofits Should Get $24,000?

The public is invited to vote in the $24K of Solid Good campaign.

In 2016, Baird & Warner’s Good Will Network’s Share The Good campaign awarded 10 Chicagoland housing-related nonprofits $10,000 each, for a total of $100,000. Thousands of people across the region voted to decide which organizations received a grant.

This year, the stakes are higher. “In 2017, we want the non-profits doing such important work to have the opportunity to make an even greater impact in our communities,” said Jennifer Alter Warden, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Baird & Warner. This time, voters will choose five nonprofits focused on shelter and homelessness in Chicagoland to receive $24,000 grants, for a total of $120,000, as part of the new $24K of Solid Good campaign. “We’re excited to see how much good these outstanding organizations can do with this additional support,” Warden said.

After a nomination process involving all of Baird & Warner’s more than 2,200 agents, 10 nominees were selected for the final public voting round in August. Learn more about them and cast your vote here.
