Baird & Warner Lincoln Park Gives Back with Holiday Giving Tree

January 8, 2016

This year, the Baird & Warner Lincoln Park office celebrated the holidays with its 10th annual Giving Tree drive, partnering with the Cornerstone Community Outreach Center to fulfill the wishlists of 100 children.

A holiday tradition founded and led by broker associate Courtney Welsch, Cornerstone asked the children to write down two gifts they hoped to receive from Santa, and then sent it to the Lincoln Park branch. Courtney, Diana Duvall and the office staff decorated the office Giving Tree with the names of the children and what they wanted, and everyone in the office took turns picking names and buying gifts.

The presents were wrapped and placed under the Giving Tree until Dec. 18 when the Cornerstone Community Outreach picked them up to deliver to the children.
