It starts with your call. I’ll prepare a market analysis and will help you organize and stage your home for marketing. I will plan and prepare a custom marketing plan for your home that will give you a competitive edge. Presentation is key in any market – I will help you present your home as show room ready. I will keep you up to date with market activity, with what is selling and what is not. I network with attorneys, brokers and title companies to ensure a smooth closing.
