Actively involved in the City and West Suburban Real Estate Market for over 25 years, Mary Ann Bednarke has been praised by her clients and colleagues for her professionalism, loyalty, sincerity, knowledge, can-do-attitude and sense of humor.
Mary Ann grew up in Chicago’s South Side where she met her husband. They raised their family in Oak Park, where they have continued to live, and are very proud of the fact that their adult son now owns a property in Oak Park as well.
Prior to Real Estate, Mary Ann worked as the Director of the Oak Park YMCA for nearly 20 years. She has continued her community involvement by serving as a commissioner for the Village of Oak Park Retail Rehab Grant, Community Design & Farmers Market Commissions. Mary Ann also has an incredible passion for gardening, which has led to her work being published.
Mary Ann enjoys teaching and helping her clients understand the process of buying or selling. She loves the excitement that her clients bring to the table. It is that excitement that continues to renew her enthusiasm for the Real Estate business.
