Buying or selling real estate is an important and often emotional experience. My goal is to make the process as pleasant and smooth as possible.
It was 1986 that I became a licensed Realtor. After completing educational requirements established by the National Association of Realtors I was conferred with the designation GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute). In 1993 I received my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. CRS is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate.
I grew up on Addison Street in Chicago and have lived in the near west suburbs for forty seven years. One of my favorite local causes is West Suburban PADS where I have served as a volunteer for several years.
There have been many changes since I started in the business of real estate. Buyers and Sellers are much more knowledgeable. However, I feel that now the need of a real estate agent is more important than ever before. I specialize in residential real estate serving the Oak Park, River Forest, Elmwood Park and surrounding areas.

"It is never easy to sell a home, and especially not these days, but I am very thankful for the honest advice and experience that Lois provided that helped us make the right decisions that resulted in a successful sale. Without her deep market knowledge, successful marketing, years of experience working with hundreds of buyers and exceptional service we might have found ourselves in a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend Lois for all your future real estate needs."
"Lois is an excellent agent with great business sense and a persistent but patient manner that gets the deal done."
"She is 100% reliable - she does what she says she's going to do when she says she's going to do it. Lois is always calm and reasonable - her level head, composure and creativity saved us from ourselves on more than on occasion (we are both lawyers - not the easiest clients we're sure). At the same time, she can be aggressive (always in a pleasant way) when needed. Most importantly, we found we could trust her in all things. If we ever move again we would hope that Lois will be there to get us through."
